Turning on StickC PLUS2

Ever since I got the StickC Plus2, I haven't been able to turn it on. When I hold on the C button it will sometimes beep or make a green light appear but it won't turn on. I even charged it for like 5 hours. I don't think it's broken I think I'm just dumb so please help.

for start @GhostOfRain install m5burner, log in to your account, look for m5stickC Plus2 latest firmware, burn it to your device.
