Hi there,
Does anyone manage to use the IR Remote as a simple line counter e.g. simply turn on the emitter and measure the reflection on the receiver?
I trie with digital write and read but it doesn’t work.

@leo-ninja-turtle Any pointers so far? Did anyone manage to flash the module with UiFlow2?
@teastain It means this is the first time I am trying to flash it with new firmware.
Okay it was a faulty cable, now with a proper USB the connection was successful:

Hi there,
I have a m5 stack Core, it came originally from the factory with UIFlow and it shows version 1.11.6
I am on Windows and this is what I did to flash the new firmware UIFlow 2:
This error happens
The core device shows the USB green logo on the top left corner but nothing is happening on the screen.
Let me know how to sort it.
PS
Also tried as admin.
Thanks.
Hi there,
I have an M5GO, pretty simple I am testing the IR module like so
When I run, I get this red error:
'IR_NEC' object has no attribute 'rxStatus'.
I don't know what else to debug.
