Hello all, I just received my M5Dial and it worked for a little while including I uploaded a couple example programs from Arduino. Then I put it away for a few days

Today I came back to work on it and immediately noticed that I could not upload anything as it would not connect to Arduino nor ESPHOME. I noticed that the serial port was flashing in and out on Arduino and ESPHOME where it says to select the serial port.

The connection seems to be unstable or is the board maybe in a reset loop.

      I am on a MACOS

Any suggestions, did the M5Dial basically DOA on arrival?

@joefly What is the last program that is in it now?
Can you link us to it or post the code here.
Are you familiar with getting an S3 into upload mode?
The flashing comm indicator seems like a very short empty program, a crashing ESP32 or 'not in upload mode'.

        Cheers, Terry!
