CP210x code 10 error on Windows 10 (1/8/21)

Hi,
I cannot use the Arduino IDE on Windows 10 because the USB to Serial driver does not work (Code 10).I followed the instructions and downloaded on two different laptops with Windows 10 the driver, same error during the installation (do not start Code 10):
