      The battery died on my m5stack fire, so I grabbed the nearest usb-c cable and plugged in. Then I realised it was the cable for the LarkBox, which is 12V @ 2A. Now with a 5V supply connected, it won't power on. Can I assume I killed it? Does it go in the bin then?

        Hello @michaelblight

        sorry to hear. There is a fuse (labelled T200) in the M5Core Fire which might be the only thing that blew.
