Dead LCD on StickC

Strange think happend, one of my stickC got a problem with internal LCD screen. Its dark without any backlight.
2 weeks ago all was fine when i validate env Hat, both stick was fine until now.Any clue for HW debug ? or RMA process ?
Via com all looks good i am able to program it but without any responce on LCD.
