Prototype board for AtomS3R-Ext

AtomS3R-Ext comes with a simple 5 x 6@2.54mm breadboard which is very difficult to wire for proto board reserved GPIO pins.
It will be very useful to have a basic extension board with the following:
- button,
- 2 x QWIIC connectors
- 2 x 7 pins headers like the Atom has on the back (4 + 5 pins) with possible mapping for XIAO boards, which it will allow to use an Atom product from the top and back or XIAO board like SX1262 or another stackable board 2 x 7 pins.
