      Hello,

I have trouble installing a new frimware on my cardputer.

With M5 Burner, I am logged in, with my cardputer in BootMode, then when i press Erase, i get the following error msg :

So i can t install a new firmware so far. Do you have any idea why ?

      Thank you.

@DrylOrys try to install factory easyloader file to it or just a simple arduino sketch, have you tried just to load firmware without erase?
