CoreS3 UIFLOW2 - gmt+11 shows up wrong

I have a CoreS3 using UIFlow2 and set the TimeZone to GMT+11 (i am in Austrlai) time is 2145 but CoreS3 shows 23.45?? 2 hrs out Any one know why?

@Cohen change the timezone to GMT +9 ?
UIFlow, so easy an adult can learn it!
If I don't know it, be patient!
I've ether not learned it or am too drunk to remember it!
