M5Stack Gray Dev Kit 1.0 with Mac Catalina

I am trying to get the ports to appear with Arduino when I attached the M5Stack Gray Dev unit. I have installed the Silicon Labs later drivers (CP210x) and confirm they work. (Ports appear when I connect other ESP32 based devices). However, when I connect M5Stack, I only see "/dev/cu.Bluetooth-Incoming-Port" and I am unable to connect to the device.
When I connect a M5StickC it works fine.
Has anyone has success getting the Core dev kit working with Mac Catalina (10.15.17).
Any suggestions on how to resolve this? -
