Fildena is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Its active ingredient is sildenafil citrate, the same drug used in Viagra. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, which helps achieve and maintain an erection. It does not cause automatic arousal—sexual stimulation is still required.
