I am trying to use 2 Relay-4 boards on a PaHUB 2.

Unable to adress 2 x Relay-4 on a PaHub 2 with a M5Stack Dial because they have a fixed i2c adress

you are on the right path: PaHub unit is exactly what is needed to control multiple I2C slaves which have identical I2C addresses.
