example Atom_TFCard program working but lots gpio_set_level(227) errors

I just loaded the sample program Atom_TFCard program in a brand new Atom-light with TFCard module. The program works OK but there are hundreds of unwanted messages in the logging. What can I do to suppress these in Arduino IDE:

I received my card reader today and same problem for me. My card is 16GB/dev/sdc1 on /media/seb/D10A-C178 type vfat
I tried to re-format the sdcard with vfat32, same issue.
