gps unit and core2 does not connect to satellite

Hi, I connected the GPS unit https://shop.m5stack.com/products/mini-gps-bds-unit

in the port A of CORE2, but it does not connect to any satellite. I am using UIflow.

Are you working inside a building or outside because GPS generally doesn't work in a building as the satellite signals cant penetrate the building structure.

Makes not difference if indoors or outdoors. Since it is connected to portA and not to portC as it is supposed to, do I need to make any modifications? Eg like here: https://community.m5stack.com/topic/1312/gps-unit-with-m5stack-fire-not-working/5
