Fire does not start, blank screen after a momentary orange screen with PSRAM Error

Hello Folks, I received the M5stack Fire package today and wanted to get started on it. When I switched on, I see the usual mesages and scroll to the next screens. Then I double-clicked to turn it off.
After a while I turn it on and there was not reaction. After switching on four more times, an orange screen appeared with the error message PSRAM Error. Then it went blank.
Since then I have not been able to turn on the screen.
I do noticed that my computer recognise the device as the device manager showed the CP2102 driver in the Ports section.
What is the solution for this case?

@miku reflash the firmware then try again. if still not work , just contact the store
