M5Stack stay on during charging

Hi everyone,

I've just bought a grey M5Stack and I have the same problem with battery charging. It seems there is no charging even if a power bank is connected.

I would like to know if it is normal if M5Stack is on as long as the usb connector is powered ?

There are no infos about this.

connect to the power bank can charging and turn on the device at the same time. maybe you can check your power bank or USB cable if normal. and connect the device to the computer , then check it if normal?

Is it possible to turn off the device during charging ?

I tried double tap on power switch but it doesn't work.

not. when it charging you can't turn off the device . if without charging you can double click to shut down it.
