UiFlow 1.4.0 - UI / Image / Set is not refreshed

Hi,
After adding some extra images, i would like to use Set image
here is UI images listing
Any idea how to use it in proper way ?

as you may see there is no Set image in manual =]
I did all what was in manual but still there is no way to swap the image via set.This must be a bug in Flow.

Sorry just found the block but had 2 bottle of beer so if i remember tomorrow i will try it as I need to do image swap for my StickC project.
