Link to the .exe file is not working, can anybody post a working link, or add a prebuild tool in repository on github ? because i have some hard moments to compile it from source.

The lesson also lists a github link which has the files you need. I've copied it below....
The exe file is located in: ConsoleApplication1\obj\Release
