Problem ios app for ezdata

Hello developer,
I use my id and password for the ezdata app from there ios store, but sadly it always tells me I gave incorrect values. I also tryd to create a new account, but the problem stays there same, it tells me i gave incorrect data.
I use uiflow and one airq device. There i create keys for the internal sd40 sensor values, and i can see the history for it inside uiflow ezdata management, but the ios application still tells me it doesn't work.How can i fix this? I also tryd without special characters...
This seems the only way to see a history for the airq sensor?
The next question is how i can use the sd55 sensor from uiflow. It has no component in it to specify.Hope someone can help, it seems three after not many users for this product, but it looks so nice...

@NoobCheck1 You don't, you use the M5Stack forum Username and password for EZdata and all M5Stack services including M5Burner.

@ajb2k3 when i open the iOS Application, there are 2 Fields to Fill:
E-Mail:
Password:there is nowhere a info on Using The Username ??
Next it tells me My Username doesn't exist.
I checked to Login with the same Data into this Forum and it works, just the App doesent work.
is this a Forum User Passwort Catcher ?? I get scared now. -
@NoobCheck1 It literally tells you that you have to use the M5Stack forum username and password.

@ajb2k3 i´m sorry, i´m not able to lock in my account to use this application. Neither the email or Username with the password can be used to log in. Is it possible outside from China to login ?
