M5Stickc Plus 2 - Mac Registry UiFlow

Hello, how are you? I'm new to this. I bought an M5StickC Plus, and when I try to flash UiFlow onto it, it asks me to register the MAC and associate it with my email. What is the reason for this requirement? Is there any way to work with UiFlow without doing this?

No buts it’s the MAC address of the device. It’s so that the servers know which devices to communicate with
