Wiring for USB-TTL board to M5Stamp Pico

Hi, I am new in this, so appreciate step by step help if possible.
I have an USB-TTL board (not M5 ESP downloader) and it looks like this
Can someone explain which pins of this board to connect to which pins of the M5Stamp Pico in order to use the M5burner?
I also have the Stamp S3, can this be used to act as as downloader for the M5Stamp Pico ?
