M5 Stack ThermalOnline Cat-M thermal monitoring kit MLX90640 IR Original Application

I'd like to wipe the ESP32 and use for another project, but after, wish to go back to the original Thermal Appt that is oad with the kit OOBE.
But I can't seem to locate the App as a an example on GitHub or anyway...

Where can I find the software app to reload later?
