M5STAMP C3 ANALOG INPUT

I recently bought a M5stamp C3 because it has the ability to convert at least 4 analog inputs.

In arduino IDE I have entered the following code but A2 and A3 do not change value even if I carry 0V.

A0 and A1 read 20 digits (0V) while A2 and A3 read high values ​​as if they were not correctly connected to 0V

Anyone have any advice?
