Cannot receive the e-mail of V-Training results

I could upload the zip file on the V-training site (http://v-training.m5stack.com/) and the task queue was clear, but I can not receive the e-mail of the result of my training post....
I could receive the e-mail about one or two week ago using the exactly same process. I followed the same process with the document below, and the uploaded zip file has a structure as shown in the image.

It seems that this issue is related with other post below, but the behavior is different.
