Как залить скетч?

Arduino IDE создаёт файлы с расширением bin но у неё нет функции залить его в устройство.
А приходиться постоянно компилировать скетч что бы залить скетч на устройство. Что не удобно и занимает много времени. Вот есть такая программа ESPFlashDownloadTool_v3.6.4 которая заливает bin файлы. Вопрос как с её помощью загрузить скетч на M5Stack Core?
Подскажите пожалуйста.
