Allmost like FACES but cheaper and with full documentation.

I don't know about others, but as a developer, i prefer Wrover kit and M5Stack.
That odroid is more of a gamboy than a development platform. You can play those games on a smartphone... and everyone has a smartphone this days...
M5Stack have more GPIO's available, more expansion options with modules and a nice design.
Wrover kit is a full development platform with integrated debugger but lack's the friendly design and might be too complicated for beginners. -

What exactly do you call "documented" ?
Are you referring to real documents: schematics, datasheets, etc... like THIS ?
Or to tutorials to "how to compile hello world" like THIS ?Regarding the M5Stack modules, they use "off the shelf" component modules for GPS, GSM and Lora.
There are documents and libraries ready to use for those modules like SIM800L, Neo-m8n, etc...
Above all, M5Stack have more GPIO's available for connection and that's enough to make me chose it over odroid.Yes. Will be nice if M5Stack will have a better documentation/wiki.
But lack of that extended documents don't make it inferior to other products.Odroid make some nice development platforms. But the ESP32 based "Odroid Go" just isn't a development platform...

I tried to put all the information I have on these modules in one place here. Something like it needs to get a better place in a more definitive wiki / markdown documentation location, but it's a start.

Let's hope the M5Stack team read your post and they modify the modules so they can work together too.
Not just one at the time. -

FACES modules have none documentation at all.
Any M5GO documentation? -

I just want to note a fundamentally different approach to support from HARDKERNEL and M5Stask teams. ODROID-GO has just been announced but already with full support. M5Stask can not realize it for years. Only children's tweets and sluggish community.

yeah... i must agree with you on this one...

To whom it may be interested
I modified native arduino M5STACK library to suite both M5STACK and ODROID-GO.
Look in the examples folder.
