It looks like that it is a bug in UIFlow.
Because in Visual Studio Code it the upload to the device works well with the same usb driver.

To be expected with the global lockdown.
Internet access it temper-mental all around the world.
If direct connection for arduino or other IDE, it could be your cable or driver at fault.
